To enable large-scale AI learning within a fast-paced retail environment, a structured learning initiative was implemented to onboard approximately 1,500 employees across multiple levels.

Learners were supported through guided modules, progress tracking and assessments, ensuring clarity and continuity throughout the program. Rapid execution and strong cross-functional collaboration enabled a successful go-live within just a few days.
